I was doing some research on how to cook a really good Shoulder of Lamb Recipe and came across Donna Hay’s Recipe for this dish. I did it for about 10 guests(did 2 shoulders as not enough meat on one) and followed the recipe which is quite easy to do – it came out really well and the meat was as tender as butter – one of my friends at table said it was the best lamb she has ever tasted.
I recommend this recipe as I have now done it a few times and it has come out perfectly – thanks Donna.
One thing is quite important is that you use a ceramic dish, which Donna mentions, otherwise the taste of your meat is compromised.
