Excellent Pepper Sauce

I came across a very good pepper sauce which I have been using for the past few years:
Ingredients
- Ingredients( makes enough for about 4 steaks)
- Peppercorns - used tinned variety ½ cup
- English Mustard- 1 tablespoon
- Good Stock - use chicken if possible ½ liter
- Brandy ¼ cup
- Sherry ¼ cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Put a lot of ground pepper on each side of the steaks
Instructions
- Start with peppercorns and pour into bowl and crush half of the peppercorns with the back of a spoon
- Add stock,mustard and sherry and stir
- Fry the steaks in a very hot pan and once almost done pour the brandy over steaks and flambe- there should liquid remaining from brandy in pan - remove steaks to rest then pour in stock, peppercorn and mustard mixture- simmer for about 5 minutes - finally pour in the cream and warm through - your sauce is now ready to pour over your steaks - enjoy!!
